Victoria founded Bold Consultancy in 2008 to provide training, coaching, professional supervision and wellbeing support to businesses and organisations across New Zealand and sometimes further afield.
One of the most positive and enthusiastic people you will ever meet. A passionate and hardworking individual, living in London and travelling across the UK, roles in banking, management, financial services, HR (Personnel back then), training, leadership assessment, leadership development and business strategy firmly sowed the seeds for Bold Consultancy to be here today.
A sought after trainer, facilitator, counsellor and coach. Studying Psychology, Advanced Interpersonal Behaviours, a Bachelor of Science (Counselling) and a further degree in Adult Learning & Development. Victoria has an ability to engage with people, recognise where they need to focus and pinpoint practical strategies to achieve productive results.
Victoria works all over the place from her home in Christchurch. She has an incredible passion for what she does and is driven by her life’s passion - which is helping you to achieve.
Carolyn Bates –Trainer - Facilitator - Coach
A trainer, coach and experienced facilitator. With a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Carolyn is an expert in helping individuals, teams and organisations to identify and deliver fantastic development solutions.
She has a wealth of L&D expertise, coupled with over 20 years generalist HR experience. Her speciality areas include needs analysis, leadership development, team building, facilitation, performance management, talent management, recruitment and selection, psychometric testing and assessment and coaching.
Carolyn is Kirkpatrick Certified and an essential part of the team.
